Whoa guys, sorry for the inactive-ness for the last couple of months!

I can't believe it's November already! Time is really flying by at the moment...
I haven't been online for so long because the panic attacks I was having because of my emetophobia (extreme fear of being sick) were getting close to unbearable. I wasn't leaving the house, wasn't eating, wasn't sleeping, wasn't seeing my friends.
I've never felt so low in my life...

But although I'm not out of those woods yet, I can at least occasionally go out, although it's incredibly hard, and I'm going to meet a new therapist this week who hopefully will be able to help me stop being so OCD and panicky haha (:
